Originally from Green Cove Springs, Florida, Robert served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for 20 years. He surrendered to the ministry while on active duty and entered full time ministry upon his retirement from the Navy. Robert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, a Master of Arts Degree in Biblical Theology, a Master of Divinity Degree, a Doctorate of Ministry (DMin) from Luther Rice University and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Robert has served as the pastor of OakLeaf Baptist Church since its inception in 2000. Robert is married to Sherrie and they have four children.

The Lord brought Bill to Oakleaf in 2015 as an Interim Worship Pastor and he was with us for 18 months. He then went on to Senior pastor in another ministry. In 2019 Bill re-joined our ministry team as our Associate Pastor. He is originally from Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Bill has been in ministry since 1996 serving the Lord in various ministries. Bill and his wife Sandy have been married since 1994 and have two children. Bill is a life learner, having earned a Bachelors of Theology, Master of Ministry, Master of Theology, and a Doctorate of Theology. He is also a member of the Society for Church Consulting. The Word of God has guided Bill through life. He has depended on the truth of Deuteronomy 31:8 “And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.”
